Gain knowledge and skills to deal effectively with cultural differences to improve maternal health outcomes c. Gain an understanding of barriers among patients, providers, and the U.S. health care system in relation to racial/ethnic disparities in health care and quality of care d. Learn evidence-based best practices to conceptualize cultural competence and culturally appropriate care ACHE Credit Hour As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, ACHE of Massachusetts is authorized to award a total of 1.0 hour of ACHE Qualified Education credits toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
